Sacred Liberation Breathwork · Turtle Lake, Wisconsin

Two hours to breathe, release, and hear yourself again.

A Sacred Liberation Breathwork Journey is a guided session on a mat, with music, in a small group. You breathe, your body lets go of what it has been holding, and you leave lighter and clearer than you came.

What happens

Two hours, one breath at a time

No experience or particular beliefs needed. Come as you are. I'll guide you the whole way.

I am leaving this weekend with peace & knowing in my heart.

Amanda
  1. Arrive and settle

A few minutes of grounding so you can get out of your head.

  2. Lie down and breathe

On a mat, with music, I guide you into a steady breathing pattern. There's no way to do it wrong.

  3. Let it move

People feel warmth, tingling, emotion, deep calm, or simply quiet. Hands-on support is offered only with your permission.

  4. Come back and share

We slow down and close with a short integration circle, to share or just sit with what came up.

You stay in control from start to finish. You can slow down, pause, or simply rest at any time.

The difference

What will you actually take home?

This is what makes Sacred Liberation different. You don't only feel better for an evening. You learn simple practices you can return to on your own, at home, on a hard Tuesday, whenever you need to hear yourself again.

I've gained new tools to tap into self and the powers that be on my own when back home.

On retreat, insight turns into three commitments

A practice of connection

Something realistic you'll actually keep doing, with yourself and the people who matter.

One meaningful next action

Not a life overhaul. One step you'll take when you get home.

A way to stop overriding yourself

A specific place where you'll stop pushing past your own needs and knowing.

Connection

You won't do this alone.

Part of the healing is the room itself: a small group of people on a similar path, where it's safe to be honest, to cry, and to laugh. People are often surprised by how much joy there is alongside the deeper work.

Not only did I connect deeper with myself, but found true connection with others on a similar path.

Your guide

I know what it's like to carry something too heavy to put down.

I'm Alissa, a mom, a grandma, and a small business owner. I spent years in survival mode before I chose healing, and I've kept choosing it for more than 25 years.

I've trained in breathwork facilitation, Reiki, Pranic Healing, NLP, and nervous system work, and I've guided hundreds of people through Sacred Liberation. My job is to make the room safe enough for you to let go.

In their words

What people say after a journey

I've felt such intense healing and was able to work through layers of hurt and pain. I've been slowing down, being more mindful of my time. … I'm reading more. I meditate almost daily. I found my awesome again.

Dana Zimmerman

I especially appreciated the safe space where I felt free to release without judgment. I feel much lighter and full of gratitude.

Renee Belland

The way you feel afterwards is indescribable. Before this experience, I didn't believe that this deep of healing was even possible for me. Each time I go through this process, the healing gets even deeper. …

Questions

Frequently asked

Do I need any experience with breathwork or meditation?

No experience is needed at all. Most people who come have never done breathwork before. All you need to do is show up and breathe.

Is this religious?

No. Sacred Liberation Breathwork doesn't belong to any religion or belief system. It's a breathing practice that works with your body's own physiology. People of all faiths and backgrounds take part and feel welcome.

What should I bring?

A journal, a small blanket, a pillow, an eye mask, and a water bottle. Wear loose, comfortable clothes in layers, since you may feel warm or cool at different points.

Is there anything I should do to prepare?

Eat lightly the day of the session and don't eat for at least two hours before. Skip alcohol and caffeine that day. You'll get a full preparation guide by email when you register.

What if I get emotional?

Very often, emotions rise so they can be felt and cleared. It is a beautiful part of the process. We create such a safe and special container that you will feel held the whole way through. Many people find emotional release is the most healing part of the whole experience.

Is breathwork safe for everyone?

For most people, yes. If you're pregnant, or have a heart condition, high blood pressure, epilepsy or a seizure history, glaucoma, a recent surgery or injury, or a serious mental health condition, please talk with your doctor first and let me know before your session. Breathwork supports your health care. It doesn't replace it.

How much does it cost?

$40 per person. I keep it accessible on purpose, because I believe this work should be available to everyone.
