Held in-person (Turtle Lake, WI) or via Zoom
We begin with a brief conversation to ground, connect, and set a powerful healing intention. You will then lie down or sit comfortably as I guide you through a deeply held energetic journey.

My name is Alissa Sunshine. I’ve spent almost three decades immersed in deep healing, spiritual awakening, and sacred service. My work is a blend of energy healing, intuitive rebirth, breathwork, life force energy activation, and more — woven through a field of deep presence and loving guidance.
What sets this work apart is its multidimensional nature. I’ve trained with some of the most powerful energy workers, somatic experts, and spiritual teachers on the planet. This isn’t about one method or modality — it’s about truly listening to your body, your energy, and your soul to access the exact healing you’re ready to receive.
We work with the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual layers simultaneously to clear trauma, reset the nervous system, and reawaken your purpose. FAQs

Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
Eat little or not at all 3 hours before the session. An empty stomach is best, but a light snack like fruit is fine.
No alcohol, or use of other substances a few days before
Plan a good connection wifi
Download the app Zoom and create an account if you don't have one
You will be listening to music and Alissa Sunshine on Zoom, be prepared to listen to it with good wireless headphones or connect to a speaker to get the best possible sound
Have a comfortable place to lie or sit during the session
Make sure there is enough light so I can see you
Arrive a few minutes early for the zoom and settle into your space
Come with an open mind & heart
Make sure you will have a private space and you won’t be interrupted and can make loud sounds.

It is best to have time off to allow the body to rest and your system to process the experience. You might need more time alone, in a quiet place, as your system might be much more sensitive in the days that follow.
